Responsibilities

Engage and Convert : Promptly follow up on incoming leads, identifying high-potential prospects and converting them into clients.
Prospecting : Proactively reach out to prospective SMB clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to communicate the value of our solutions.
Present and Sell : Conduct persuasive presentations of our products and services to new and existing customers using impactful sales materials.
Relationship Building : Foster long-term client relationships, providing customized IT solutions aligned with their business goals.
Drive Sales Growth : Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently with a strong focus on productivity and persistence.
Resolve Inquiries : Address customer questions and concerns, providing solutions to build trust and satisfaction.
Client Follow-Up : Schedule and manage follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of new developments and offerings.

Required

Proven success in sales, preferably within IT solutions, managed services, or a related field.
Exceptional ability to build rapport, resolve inquiries, and deliver customized client solutions.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., High Level) for managing client pipelines and relationships.
Highly motivated and capable of working independently to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excelling in consultative and persuasive sales approaches.
Familiarity with Microsoft products (365, Teams, Azure) and tools like Kaseya is a strong advantage.
Understanding of SMB challenges, particularly in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Organized, deadline-driven, and committed to meeting sales targets.
