Responsibilities
Outbound Communication. Maintain and develop a repeatable process to nurture opportunity for sales.
Marketing Vision. Satisfy the needs and demands of marketing to deliver and distribute marketing material to the entire industry. You will have the ability to provide ideas that contribute to various facets of revenue growth.
Database Management. Constant maintenance and additions to the CRM database. Make sure you are seeking, qualifying and adding new leads to the CRM.
Know the industry while you sell. Consistent enhancement of your knowledge and market evaluation of technology trends.
Product understanding. Learn the product quickly and saturate yourself with its capabilities.

Required
2 years of BDR/SDR experience
B2B sales experience with a proven track record of business development with at least 2 years of business development experience
Experience in a B2B complex sale required, software sales is a plus
Ambitious, competitive and goal oriented
Ability to: Listen. Plan. Take action. Own your business
Proven aptitude for continual sales process and product knowledge
Effective Communication: verbal, written, and presentation skills
Exemplary Work Ethic: Seeing things through to completion with results
Time Management and Organization skills
Maturity to be independent and still work within a team
Ability to prospect within a relationship driven opportunity
Set tasks for yourself within the lead cycle management process, then execute them to see the lead through to the next step of the process
