Responsibilities

Proactively connect with qualified health professionals to discuss growth opportunities for their businesses.
Respond to and qualify inquiries from marketing funnels and ads, assessing potential for sales engagement through inbound and outbound calls and text messaging (utilizing our company platform).
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects via phone, email, text, and Zoom to gather information, articulate the value of our products or services, and build rapport.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and report data accurately to refine approaches continuously.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM, managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Engage with potential clients to ensure consistent follow-up, uncover new opportunities, and ensure preparedness for strategy sessions by guiding them through pre-session homework.
Efficiently manage a fast-paced workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain a flexible schedule with ideal working hours Monday and Friday from 12-4 pm MST, and Tuesday to Thursday from 3-7 pm. Some weekend availability for events is expected.
Attend weekly team meetings and 1-1 sessions with the Director of Sales, and check the 'office' (Slack) regularly for updates and communication.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and team collaboration. Demonstrate a personal commitment to growth and skill enhancement.

Be based in the USA or Canada.
Have a dedicated home office with a professional background suitable for Zoom calls and reliable technology (laptop or desktop). A laptop is required for travel and events.
Flexible schedule with availability on Monday and Friday from 12-4 pm MST and Tuesday to Thursday from 3-7 pm. Occasional weekend availability for events is expected.

Preferred

Prior experience in sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
Experience with tools like Zoom, HubSpot, JustCall, CRMs, and Google Workspace is preferred but not required.
