Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Document daily activities and coordinate with sales team
Respond to all inbound leads and forward qualified leads to Account Executives / Sales Directors
Pro-actively connect with prospects via phone, email, on online
Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Identify prospects and determine if they are a qualified lead
Conduct market research to identify if prospects are a good fit using several data bases
Network and identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media
Analyze data for accurate forecasting
Manage and maintain database of leads and pipelines
Prepare PQ documents and supporting documentation for proposals and bids

Required
A minimum of 3 years of business development, sales or marketing experience
Good analytical skills
Highly efficient in Microsoft applications (EXCEL, Power point, Acrobat Writer, etc.)
Able to work in a busy environment
Able to lead, challenge, and work as part of a diverse team, including communication with global HQ.
Practical aptitude, self-motivated, and a confident communicator
Successfully pass a background test and drug test
Preferred
Engineering and/or technical background is a plus
Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate) in business a plus
People person - Excellent communication and interface skills
Organized and methodological
Strong analytical skills
Capable of working in a multi-culture environment and time-zones
Good problem-solving skills
Commitment to quality of work and company goals
