Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers within our target market, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and follow up with inbound leads to schedule meaningful appointments for the sales team
Use active listening and discovery techniques to understand customer pain points and determine how Chatmeter’s solutions align with their goals
Educate prospects on the value of our platform, addressing their questions and objections with confidence and expertise
Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and ensure consistent communication
Maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring all interactions are logged and metrics are tracked for continuous improvement
Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation and outreach quotas

Required
1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, showcasing your results-driven mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone or email
Strong organizational and time management abilities—you know how to prioritize and stay on top of tasks
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a must
A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
