Responsibilities

Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl
Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM so that we can close
Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations, so that you can engage in quality conversation on the phone
Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and/or working on experiments that we think have the potential to be a force multiplier
Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top of funnel outreach (we have people doing more than 10/week today)
Win over organizations with fast follow through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy
Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help inform how to make our pitch better

Sales experienceCRM proficiency

Required

You have spent at least one (1) year selling, or 3+ years in another industry and want to get into sales
You are comfortable in fast-paced environments, and you bring a dose of humility and a sense of humor to work every day.
You welcome feedback, champion new ideas, and encourage others to do likewise.
You’re curious and are constantly ‘getting to the bottom of things’
You have a bias towards action
You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
