Responsibilities
Act as a First Point of Contact for Future Customers: Serve as the first interaction for potential patients, where you’ll be instrumental in communicating MVC’s services
Proactively engage with potential new patients through phone (inbound and outbound), email and text to book appointments across over 50 locations nationwide.
Demonstrate strong sales acumen by identifying patient needs, overcoming objections, and positioning Metro Vein Centers as the top choice for vein care.
Maintain patient satisfaction throughout the initial booking and consultation phase, ensuring all questions are answered clearly and expectations are managed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patients’ onboarding and appointment scheduling are seamless.
Verify insurance coverage, facilitate authorization requests, and clearly communicate payment options, as needed, to remove barriers to booking.
Track and manage all interactions in electronic medical records and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
Experiment and Refine: Continually test messaging and sequencing to optimize conversion rates (CVR), staying ahead of trends and adapting as you go.
Maintain Accurate Data: Update CRM and EMR records meticulously to ensure patient and booking information remains accurate.

Preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles with a sales focus.
Experience with EMR and CRM platforms.
Excellent English skills (C1/C2)
