Responsibilities
Works to create valuable engagement with our prospective customers and set qualified net-new demo meetings for our Business Development Managers and Customer Value Reps.
Utilize phone, email, text, as well as other creative communication methods to personalize outreach to warm inbound customer inquiries generated from marketing.
Continuously research and follow up with colder leads from a variety of sources through outbound prospecting to achieve and exceed personal monthly and annual targets.
Develop product and industry knowledge through internal coaching resources and utilize that knowledge to have quality discovery conversations with prospects.
Participate in team meetings and offer feedback to continuously improve sales efficiency.
Ensure proper and adequate documentation is entered into Salesforce CRM regarding customer interactions to assist in driving successful sales conversions.
Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop sales principles and methodology
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service competency
Phenomenal time management and organization
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Experience in a sales or customer service role with a track record of exceeding targets
Preferred
Aesthetic or SaaS industry experience
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement tech
