Responsibilities

Utilize sales technology (CRM tools, sales automation platforms, etc.) to execute outreach activities, including high-volume calls, email campaigns, and targeted cadences.
Research and identify prospects using approved channels and tools, such as LinkedIn, external databases, and search engines.
Conduct prospecting activities on designated small business target accounts.
Generate leads through outbound activities and convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities.
Schedule and influence appointments for prospective clients to engage with MSP clients, participate in webinars, and advance sales discussions.
Build and maintain a prospect database, ensuring all data is accurate and communications are logged in the CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly prospecting KPI activities resulting in booked client appointments.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a related sales or business development role
Proficient in using sales tools and platforms for high-volume prospecting
Ability to work remotely with a preference for candidates located in Western Pennsylvania
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to achieve daily output expectations without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Inside sales / Sales / Business development: 3 years
Location: Pennsylvania

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Previous experience in the technology or SMB space
