Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
Heavy emphasis on cold calling potential leads.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and buying motivations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies aimed at driving pipeline growth and achieving sales targets
Utilize sales tools and technologies to track and lead interactions, manage prospecting activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems ( Hubspot, Method)
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to facilitate the sales process and overcome objections.
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
Stay up to date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions and differentiate our value proposition.

Required
1-3 years prospecting potential clients and cold calling
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving results
Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot), Microsoft Office suite, and sales automation tools
Success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the Self Storage Industry /Digital Marketing a plus
Preferred previous sales or customer service experience
