Responsibilities

Conduct a high volume of outreach, making at least 50 calls per day to potential customers, primarily focusing on warm leads.
Qualify prospects based on company size, industry, and other relevant criteria to determine whether they are a fit for our product/service.
Schedule product demos for our Account Executives to drive sales conversions.
Utilize various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, trade shows, online communities, etc.) to connect with potential customers and grow your pipeline.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, tracking all activities in CRM.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and nurturing of leads.

Required

At least 6 months of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) phone sales role, preferably as an SDR or in a comparable sales position.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with prospects and communicate our value proposition.
Knowledge of sales processes, prospecting strategies, and the ability to navigate different sales conversations with potential customers.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet daily call quotas while staying organized.
Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player who shares insights and contributes to team success.
Ability to handle objections, engage in consultative selling, and negotiate terms as needed.
Familiarity with CRM software (Monday, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools.
