Responsibilities

Attend multiple trade shows each week in your hub and other hubs like NYC, Orlando, Chicago, Nashville, Dallas, Las Vegas and Denver and meet as many event marketers as possible!
Build a pipeline of leads using email outreach, phone calls, social media outreach and in person interactions.
Create personalized emails to engage prospects & accounts
Qualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteria
Schedule high-quality discovery calls or meetings for the Account Executive team, ensuring seamless handoffs.
Accurately document all prospecting and lead activity in HubSpot, maintaining data integrity and enabling team insights.
Test new outreach techniques, share learnings with the team, and contribute to refining our sales motion.
Contribute to our team culture by bringing a positive attitude to the table

Required

1+ Year of SDR experience
Able to attend many trade shows in person
Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others
Likes a fast paced environment and is a quick learner
Experience with SaaS SDR best practices and tactics (email for post-event followups and general outbound)
Extrovert who loves meeting new people and traveling
Proven track record of overcoming challenges and showing progress

Preferred

Background in hospitality, events, or other people-forward industries
Experience with HubSpot, Cognism, Parallel Dialers, Outreach/Apollo/SalesLoft
