Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and mentor top SDR talent (onshore and offshore), fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture.
Develop strategies to generate sales-qualified leads and ensure seamless collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
Set clear KPIs, analyze team performance, and implement improvements using CRM and sales tools.
Act as an SDR, securing leads and setting a high standard for the team.
Align SDR efforts with company goals and refine lead-generation processes.

Required
5+ years of sales development experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
Proven success in building and managing high-performing SDR teams.
Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth.
Experience in outsourcing services focused on software engineering.
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales engagement tools.
Skilled at managing distributed, multicultural teams.
