Responsibilities
Develop effective measures and maintain quality of planning to ensure requisite levels of productivity are achieved to reach team and individual sales goals.
Define sales targets, and plan and coordinate efforts of sales staff in accordance with corporate objectives while maintaining acceptable levels of expense control.
Develop outbound marketing initiatives in conjunction with the Marketing department and provide customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and industry trends by conducting market research to stay informed about industry developments.
Negotiate and close complex SaaS deals

Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years experience in complex technology sales
Deep understanding of the Federal health space required
Extensive industry related sales experience, including experience in sales management
Ability to learn and understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems design
Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products
Ability to negotiate and explore alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain support and acceptance by all parties
