Responsibilities
Identify new sales opportunities across key channels to increase sales volume
Sell into C-level, VP and Director level suite
Apply ArrowStream’s sales process methodology, solution selling, to drive new direct and cross-sell opportunities with ArrowStream portfolio companies
Lead customer engagement from lead generation to deal review, negotiation, and closing
Create compelling proposals, generate sales, and drive revenue
Plan and manage sales performance, forecasting, and revenue generation
Understand the foodservice market needs, supply chain and SaaS technology mechanics
Achieve short- and long-term sales growth by increasing cross selling activities within existing and new accounts
Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
Maintain high-level understanding of ArrowStream, portfolio companies and competitive solutions
Work with Marketing Team to support industry marketing programs for brand development, market awareness, positioning, and demand generation
Work with implementation team for pre-sale support
Work with internal sales solution consultants
Use detailed, comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to develop and support prospect/customer strategies and advise and support team members and project partners

Required
3+ years of experience in business development, relationship building & advanced closure, and driving sales in a solution-selling environment at the VP and C-suite level
The role requires someone who can work independently to manage their quota and sales pipeline growth
Must have hunter experience with advanced close capabilities (backed up by resume)
Experience in working in team environment, knowing when to collaborate with marketing, implementation, account management and solution consultants
Ability to craft and position business results-oriented proposals
Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our customer's business needs
Strong communication skills, including presenting on general and industry-specific topics
Must be proficient in Salesforce
Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Online Meetings
Must understand to how to work on contracts with in-house legal
Must know how to negotiate deals, contracts, and service levels
Knowledge of sales pipeline management, and sales and revenue quotas
