Responsibilities
Develop relationships with brokers who serve clients (and individual clients) in Nashville or Birmingham
Educate brokers on the benefits of telemedicine and evangelize the First Stop Health model
Deliver your quota of new business
Proactively use our CRM to record events in the sales process, isolate and replicate the predictable milestones of the sales process, and recommend new approaches.
Stay informed on related industry trends, news stories and competitive landscape
Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, as well as recommending new approaches.

Required
Must live in specific region of selling
Several years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with demonstrated success
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience using Salesforce.com or other similar CRM tools to track sales activity
Must be detail- and process- oriented and scrupulously use our tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telehealth or supplementary benefits
