Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of regional business work, including but not limited to marketing, business development, sales, and services.
Insight into market demand and trend, effectively identify customers and market opportunities, make plans and implement management.
Insight into customer needs, identify customer pain points, develop strategies and schemes to meet customer needs.
Analyze the market dynamics of competitors and formulate response options.
Develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans, enhance brand perception, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
Engage in product improvement and new product introduction strategy to enhance product competitive edge.
Responsible for the establishment and management of the US team.

Required

Extensive customer relationships in the regional markets with a certain market influence.
Full-time bachelor degree or above both at home or abroad.
5 years or above sales or solution working experience in PV industry.
Have a good command of English which can be used as working language.
Strong achievement orientation.
Excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills.
Ability to adapt cross-cultural working environment.
Knowledge of inverter products and solutions.
Relevant knowledge of PV power plant, data center, site energy construction, project management and operation.
Relevant knowledge of inverter, data center, site energy customer direct marketing, channel management.

Preferred

Minority foreign language is preferable.
