Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build partnerships with corporate hospital groups and independent veterinary practices that align with Nest's mission and values.
Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate executives, hospital owners, and veterinary professionals, understanding their challenges and positioning Nest Veterinary as the optimal partner.
Sales Leadership: Deliver high-conversion presentations of Nest's technology and services.
Growth Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with the executive team to refine and implement Nest’s growth strategy, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and company objectives.
Revenue and Partnership Expansion: Achieve and exceed sales targets for new practice acquisitions, driving consistent revenue and client base growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging, align product development with market demands, and share insights that shape future offerings.
Market Insight and Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs, adapting sales strategies to remain a market leader.

Required
7+ years in sales or business development within the veterinary industry, preferably in veterinary technology, or other B2B2C solutions such as diagnostics.
Deep connections and a robust network within the veterinary space, including corporate groups and independent practices.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals, expand client portfolios, and close high-value deals.
Superior written and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging diverse stakeholders, from practice owners to corporate executives.
Highly self-motivated and able to independently manage a dynamic sales pipeline across various stages of the cycle.
