Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
Acquiring new customers by showcasing the value of the Runa product
Negotiating commercial terms to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
Collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends
Contributing valuable insights to pricing strategies
Monitoring key sales performance metrics
Using data-driven insights to refine approaches
Providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and market developments

Required

Significant experience within the Fintech / Payments space.
A track record of success in sales and business development in the payments space with enterprise clients.
Ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals with high impact.
A strategic mindset combined with the ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Data-driven approach to sales performance analysis and optimization.
Strong collaboration and communication skills that drive alignment across teams and contribute to broader business success.
