Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies to support Alkami's sales goals.
Create and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills development.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals.
Work with SalesOps to analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Design and maintain sales playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
Deploy new sales methodologies and processes in conjunction with SalesOps.
Develop and distribute sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales process.
Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity and efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement at an Enterprise SaaS company.
Proficient in sales enablement platforms and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience deploying sales methodologies such as Sandler, Force Management, and MEDDPICC.
Experience in developing and executing sales training programs.
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with content creation and management for sales collateral.
Competency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize sales enablement strategies.
Proven ability to drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams.
