Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
Create and deliver training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
Collaborate with marketing to produce sales collateral and tools that effectively communicate the value of the company's products
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
Maintain and optimize the sales enablement platform to ensure easy access to essential resources
Work with product teams to ensure sales has up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
Organize and manage sales onboarding programs for new team members
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team

Required
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within a SaaS or healthcare technology company
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies; familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
Strong analytical skills and capability to use data to inform decision-making
Passionate about the company’s mission and excited about empowering sales teams
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex information
Strategic thinker focused on driving results and improving sales processes
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Advanced degree in business or a related discipline
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology
Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
