Responsibilities

Support the achievement of the company’s sales and strategic targets in the US, with a focus on promoting identity authentication and open-source security solutions.
Serve as the technical point of contact for potential and existing customers. Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and training to showcase the company’s solutions and tailor them to customer-specific needs.
Lead the technical analysis of customer architectures and future concepts, shaping sales strategies that align with customer goals. Act as the customer’s technical advocate within the company, identifying and anticipating future needs.
Develop close relationships with technical decision-makers in customer organizations, fostering strong partnerships and trust.
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and services teams to design identity authentication and security solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Ensure the smooth handover of projects from Sales to the Projects and Delivery teams, guaranteeing that customer objectives and KPIs are met.
Stay updated on the latest trends in identity authentication and open-source security, ensuring that the company’s solutions remain competitive and innovative.

Required

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in areas such as identity authentication, access management, or open-source security.
Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Open-Source Software Security, Network Security, Security Architectures, or DevSecOps.
Proven ability to engage customers with technical workshops, product demos, and solutions positioning. Ability to differentiate the company’s solutions from those of competitors.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to independently manage tasks, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and work autonomously.
Bachelor of Science in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering).

Preferred

Familiarity with technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), OpenID Connect, OAuth, and other IAM solutions.
Experience with industry standards and frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
