Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Payactiv's platform and its technical aspects to effectively communicate its features, benefits, and options to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the Sales team to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and position Payactiv's solutions as strategic and tailored to meet their needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and functionalities that align with the client's requirements and pain points.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support the sales process.

Provide training to clients on implementing and using Payactiv's solutions. Offer ongoing technical support as needed.
