Responsibilities

Work with cross functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success, field service, etc.) and customers to develop pipeline and execute campaigns to increase aftermarket sales

Cultivate both internal and external relationships to drive sales

Utilize product knowledge to deliver our value proposition to customers

Interact with customers via phone, video, or in-person

Support all administrative functions of the sales cycle

Be technical focal point for external customers

Achieve assigned metrics
