Responsibilities
The primary function of the role is to increase new logos and customer ARR
Host and lead value-based discussions with key business, technical, and operational banking executives
Promote the value of Dragonfly through a tailored sales experience and agile responsiveness
Selling the digital banking products deployed in either a cloud based single-tenant, multi-tenant (SaaS) or on-premises license deployment
Assist the project team is gathering services requirements to establish and quote accurate statements of work and pricing estimates

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in a customer facing, banking relationship management and/or sales role in a technology software company.
Proven track record of pipeline development, sales advancement and closing.
Proven experience promoting value through complex new logo sales.
Exceptional ability to communicate, both written and verbal, and foster and expand positive business relationships.
Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service.
Accountability, prioritization, time management and personal organization are essential.
Ability to creatively problem solve client challenges and quickly determine root cause.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Some travel required for strategic client meetings, conferences and team events. (approximately 50%)
Preferred
5-8 years of experience in sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and meeting leadership skills.
Experience with financial institutions hardware (validators, printers, scanners, ash management devices).
