Responsibilities
Identify and Secure Healthcare Opportunities: Target and acquire new business opportunities, particularly in healthcare-focused AI, robotics, and digital transformation solutions.
Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, email campaigns, and attendance at healthcare industry events and conferences.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and decision-makers at healthcare organizations. Understand their challenges and offer tailored technology solutions.
Sales Management: Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Manage multi-year contracts and agreements with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
Customized Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals that align Techolution’s offerings with the unique needs of healthcare clients, such as AI for diagnostics, operational efficiencies, and patient management.
Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and competitors to refine the sales strategy.
Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with channel partners to penetrate deeper into the healthcare sector and enhance client acquisition strategies.
Technical Engagement: Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure the solutions meet client needs, particularly in areas like computer vision, AI for diagnostics, and cloud-based patient management systems.

Required
Proven success in a hunter role, with a track record of generating new business and closing deals in the healthcare sector.
In-depth knowledge of AI, Digital Transformation, and Cloud solutions for healthcare applications.
Ability to establish trust with C-level executives, hospital administrators, and technical teams.
Experience selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, or medical device organizations.
Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's regulatory and operational landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
