Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Engage potential clients through various sales techniques, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of the MOSAIC platform to prospective clients.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings and prospect needs.
Generate detailed sales reports and forecasts.

Required
min. 5-7 years quota carrying sales experience.
Extensive network of senior sustainability contacts within retail, hospitality, and event management verticals.
Deep understanding of the circular economy and its impacts on various industries.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Proven track record as a self-starter and self-motivated sales professional.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred.
