Responsibilities
Generate and identify new sales opportunities with a “hunter” mentality through research, analysis, and discovery
Warm and cold calling to gain traction with leads
Analyze customers’ needs and offer personalized solutions
Match customer demand with quotes for their freight-related inquiries
Build strategies that will result in increased sales and stronger partnerships
Collaborate with your team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans
Review sales activities and prospective customers with management
Assist with RFP submission and lane quotes

Required
Sales or cold calling experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask
Extraordinary work ethic
Ability to overcome rejection and handle stressful situations
Passion for sales, and a drive to succeed
Willingness to be available after hours and weekends if needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Freight brokerage experience a bonus
