Responsibilities
Ability to be both a hunter and gatherer while working with our internal support team.
Identify new markets and business opportunities with existing clients.
Dedicate time and create processes to prospect for new leads to grow your existing book.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to change directions quickly.
Great communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proactive, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
Identify and generate new prospects through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and warm leads to build sufficient sales activity of phone calls, emails, meetings, presentations and proposals.
Ask questions to identify Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline to find relevant opportunities.
Creatively identify products which match the vision and marketing objectives of our clients.
Grow prospect relationships through the sales funnel from lead to close.
Work closely with vendors, in-house design team, and in-house production team to provide the right solution to your customer and ensure orders are executed accurately and timely.
Use the company CRM, entering accurate and timely information on all business development activities.

Required
3+ years of proactive sales experience with POP/ POS and/or Branded Merch.
A book of business and the proven ability to prospect for new brands.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years’ experience in the POS, POP, Apparel, and/or Promotional Product industries.
Proven success as a self-starter, ability to work independently, and solve problems.
Goal oriented with superior work ethic and effective time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changes.
Experienced in Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and CRM.
