Responsibilities

Follow up on identified leads to qualify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understand their business challenges and goals, position the company as a trusted partner, and generate sales.
Independently research and identify potential leads and customers to include cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry associations that result in sales.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products and services to prospective customers.
Manage sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM systems, tracking progress, updating status, and providing accurate sales forecasts to sales management.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and deliver integrated solutions to customers.

Required

Significant sales expertise in a technical field
Experience in cybersecurity and network security preferred
Strong record of driving revenue growth
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and related CRM applications
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to influence decision-makers and close sales deals
Focus on customer satisfaction and success
Ability to build rapport with customers
Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions effectively
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least six years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
