Sales Leader (Hunter) - Databricks

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities, with a primary focus on Databricks solutions.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive Databricks-focused growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of Databricks solutions and high customer satisfaction.
Leverage your expertise to articulate the business value of Databricks, including its capabilities in data analytics, machine learning, and advanced data processing.
Stay current with Databricks advancements, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reporting.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in selling data services, with a focus on Databricks solutions.
Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the data and analytics space.
Deep understanding of Databricks architecture and its applications for data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML.
Experience selling to enterprise clients, with a hunter mentality for acquiring new business.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
Familiarity with related tools and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Apache Spark, or cloud environments) is a plus.
