Responsibilities

Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.

Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values.

Recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop associates, and ensure outstanding service.

Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, and motivate associates.

Execute daily visual and operational procedures, ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready, and maintain store safety standards.

Adhere to Asset Protection standards, AEO's policies and procedures, and ensure integrity in all actions.
