Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.

Required

Minimum 3-5+ years of Sales Management and Customer Service experience in the Cabinetry and Millwork industry
Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
In-depth knowledge of the cabinetry, millwork, and countertop market, including industry trends, products, and customer needs
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including market segmentation, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition plans
Solid understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and drive business growth
