Responsibilities
Develop sales plan, develop sales goals (including NPD), and achieve the targets for Chemprene and Greenbelting products.
Manage Greenbelting PTFE belting, tapes & fabrics larger accounts (US). Supporting as KAM for global customers with US HQ.
Cross-selling – High-volume opportunities generation for Rapplon – HPFB products within the North American market.
Build NA strategy roadmap for the assigned product families.
Integrate Salesforce in the daily activities – Opportunities, campaigns, interactions,…
Build NA strategy roadmap Chemprene LWRB, including short-term business recovery plan.
Communicate to executive management market trends, competitors’ information, sales volumes
Manage reporting, monitor daily sales, track all commercial activities' KPIs
Manage, hire and train Outside Sales personnel. Conduct Performance and salary reviews. Support team development, PDP.
Manage outside sales team, distributor partnerships (synergies and aligned strategies) and sales reps.
Establish territory boundaries and Sales budgets (monitor expenses etc.)
Review catalogue, customers satisfaction surveys & website. Track advertising response, identify most beneficial trade shows, generate and respond to leads.
Work closely with Marketing to manage Advertising, Trade Shows, Catalogues, Social Media and Promotional Materials
Participate actively in New Product Development, work closely with Technical Team
Bring in opportunities and ideas for New Products relative to future growth
Work closely with Operations to solve problems regarding on-time delivery, supply, and quality
Provide recommendations that enhance performance, business opportunities, and continuous improvements
Ensure alignment with global sales strategy to build high performing organization

Required
College Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
Strong people leader, excellent communication, capability to impact and engage people, superior presentation and organizational skills
Minimum 5 years in Sales Leadership role in similar industry
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in matrix organization
Excellent computer and analytical skills – MS Word, Excel, PPT
Valid driver’s license, able to work in US and travel 60%
