Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support a sales team of about 10, ensuring high performance in each role
Develop and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring an efficient and scalable process
Set and track team goals, offering coaching to ensure individual and team success
Foster strong customer relationships to maximize customer lifetime value
Implement best practices for sales training and develop team skills across appointment setting, lead prospecting, and direct sales
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align strategies and optimize results

Required
Proven experience managing sales teams, preferably in B2B settings
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems, with a focus on pipeline management
Demonstrated success in team training and development, especially in consultative and value-based selling
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team toward goals
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
