Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of up to six SAEs to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, set clear expectations, and provide performance feedback.
Create a positive, supportive environment that drives professional growth and team success.
Implement and manage sales strategies to align with recurring and non-recurring revenue targets.
Guide SAEs in developing client-centric proposals and achieving sales objectives.
Monitor and adapt strategies to align with evolving market trends.
Foster a customer-first approach to build strong, lasting relationships.
Address critical client issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide guidance on delivering personalized, value-added communication to clients.
Analyze team performance metrics and refine sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas.
Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales activity and optimize team performance.
Mentor and coach SAEs to advance their skills and career growth.
Conduct regular evaluations and set goals for professional development.
Foster a high-morale, high-performance team culture.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales efforts with company goals.
Support product adoption and strategic initiatives.

Required
3+ years of experience in sales management with proven success in meeting quotas.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform sales strategies.
Experience leading teams in high-growth, results-driven environments.
Preferred
Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and/or public safety/government sectors
