Responsibilities
Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sale of aviation equipment.
Deep understanding of global business and competitive landscape and adept in developing specific strategies to leverage market opportunities.
Decorative laminates and Non-Textile Flooring for cabin interiors and Decorative Laminates and thermoplastics for aircraft seating applications.
Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events.
Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
Keep current clients warm and up-sell and cross-sell relevant products where required.
Use SAP system to manage client orders, ensure all the details are kept up to date.
Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
Continually meet targets, KPI’s, and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Travel to meet clients when required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service
Ability to lead a sales team.
5-10 years of experience in an industry working to strict compliance guidelines (aerospace, nuclear, medical, automotive, etc.)
