Responsibilities

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails involving sales opportunities or client questions.

Maintaining Sales Reports based on all sales activity

Conduct Sales Calls/Meetings with potential clients

Maintain client relationships and assist with additional services requested throughout the planning process with accuracy and timeliness

Lead essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services

Assist with maintaining our Virtual Quote Tool used for all client proposals

Assist with networking opportunities and fostering partnerships through open house, bridal shows, etc.

Help provide inspired leadership for the organization.

Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue

Maintain and promote an incredible team culture
