Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cod, trout, and smoked product categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with market demands.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and tastings to promote product offerings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Effectively manage a remote workload, leveraging technology to maintain communication and productivity.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the seafood industry or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong understanding of the cod, trout, and smoked product markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage frequent travel.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
