Responsibilities

You are the pioneer of our development in your area of action.
You have a global vision of the potential market, its players and the expected developments.

You go to meet dealers (rental companies and distributors) with potential for the development of our brand.
You support them to create the conditions for a solid partnership, adapted to each of them.
You are attentive to the territories of each as well as to their specific operating mode.
You watch over the sources of success for each of your customers.
You can support them with Key Accounts.
You take into account all dimensions: marketing, commercial, technical, financial, etc.
You are very autonomous in your region while developing easy communication with Headquarters.

Required

Experience in the construction machinery equipment industry.
Proven track record in sales management.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.

Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory.
Experience in supporting Key Accounts.
Ability to consider marketing, commercial, technical, and financial dimensions.

Preferred

Experience in a start-up or agile environment.
Familiarity with the Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota markets.
Experience in developing partnerships with rental companies.
