Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing mentorship, goal-setting, and motivation to drive success
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team growth objectives
Conduct ride-alongs and field training with team members to coach and refine sales approaches
Regularly review and track team performance to ensure goals are met and provide feedback for improvement
Manage client interactions and guide team members in delivering exceptional customer service
Handle sales tasks, property visits, and ensure effective communication with project management
Be available for support on evenings and weekends when necessary to aid the team

Required
Proven experience as a sales manager or team leader, with 3-5 years of leadership in a sales setting, ideally in home services
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team, setting and achieving ambitious goals
Strong social, communication, and motivational skills to inspire and drive a team to success
Experience in sales and client relationship management in the home services industry
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
