Responsibilities
Identify and Target Sales Leads: Research and engage high-potential leads, particularly within educational institutions and businesses that align with Techable’s offerings.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish long-term relationships with clients by understanding their technology needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Set and Exceed Sales Quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Prospect and Qualify New Clients: Initiate outreach to potential clients, qualify leads, and assess needs to determine the best Techable solution.
Efficient Resource Allocation: Strategically budget and allocate resources to maximize outcomes and support business growth.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date on trends in the education, business, and cybersecurity sectors to better understand client needs.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with Techable’s mission and goals.
Provide Feedback for Product Improvement: Relay client feedback to internal teams, assisting with continuous product and service enhancements.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): Ideally in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
3+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven success in a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management and solution-based sales.
Proficient in CRM Software: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with an enthusiasm for pursuing new business.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capable of assessing client needs and market conditions to craft effective strategies.
Preferred
Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services, computer systems, or the tech industry is advantageous but not required.
