Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, with support and training from our leadership team, to expand The MSL Academy's reach.
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and clearly communicate how The MSL Academy can support their goals.
Follow-Up: Maintain strong follow-up routines to nurture leads and close sales in a timely manner.
Pipeline Management: Accurately track interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
Partnership Development: Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with pharma and biotech companies to increase client enrollment and expand brand presence.

Required

Ambitious and motivated Sales Manager to drive enrollment and B2B partnerships
Ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, including aspiring MSLs and executives in pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, with support and training from our leadership team, to expand The MSL Academy's reach
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and clearly communicate how The MSL Academy can support their goals

Self-Motivated: Proactive, resilient, and can work independently to achieve sales goals
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs
Results-Oriented: Organized, goal-oriented, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Preferred

Pharma or Biotech Background: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences industry and familiarity with the MSL role is an asset, though not required
