Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth
Develop accurate sales forecasts and deliver against targets

Effective negotiation and influencing skills

Required
University degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred)
7+ years of progressive experience in commercial packaging (flexibles preferred)
Proven experience delivering aggressive growth and sales development
Successful management of national and regional customers
Experience selling to customers of all sizes with a focus on commercial excellence
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for positive engagement
Technical understanding of the flexible packaging and converting industry
Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and formulate sales tactics
