Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned territory or channel.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to address market dynamics and brand objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and partners to maximize brand visibility and sales opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.
Recruit, train, and manage a sales team (if applicable), ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness and individual growth.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to provide feedback on product performance and market demands.
Oversee order processing, inventory management, and shipping coordination to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Support the management of a field team providing key findings and reporting to retailers and leadership.
Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-up events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all sales and marketing activities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales within the fashion or retail industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends.

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Relationship with Target and Kohl’s. Additionally, Walmart and Sam’s Club.
