Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 5 including team members, managers, partners, customers, and the CEO.
Drive sales campaigns and achieve deal closes for customers within 2 months.
Host a 100 person conference in 6 weeks.
Own all sales strategy, some fill-in-the-gap execution, and management of the team, work, and customer.
Be a passionate, proactive team player, a good communicator, bring a positive energy to the team, and help team members to enable others to be successful, happy, and fulfilled on the team.
Anyone can take this position as long as you show up every day, do the work, and you're passionate about solving these problems, helping the team, and gaining experience.
