Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales campaigns to attract new clients and partners
Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, converting prospects into clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for key projects, ensuring client satisfaction
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand Augmento's market reach
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and business development strategies
Negotiate deals and contracts with clients and partners
Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for strategy refinement
Represent Augmento at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person)

Required

Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the art, gallery, or curation space.
Strong network of connections in the art world, including galleries, curators, collectors, and institutions.
Passion for technology, with an understanding of AR, AI, and how these innovations are transforming the art industry.
Exceptional deal-making skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in managing sales campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Fluent in English, and good articulation and pronunciation for seamless communication with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
