Responsibilities

Gather data and analyze the business challenges alongside subject matter experts. Drive evidence-based decision-making that helps design a new process.
Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor the advancement of assigned projects.
Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions where you will get to learn more about a business topic of the week! Some examples of past topics include: Top 10 Presentation Skills, Environmental Health and Safety, StrengthsFinder, etc.
Deep dive into data and use evidence-based decision making that helps design a new process, introduce new technology, re-imagines the way we collaborate, or positively influences our culture.
Sit in on meetings both within and beyond your designated role to broaden your engagement.
Collaborate with other interns on projects.

Pursing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with anticipated graduation date in December 2025 through Spring 2028
