Responsibilities
Ensure performance alignment with the plan through detailed financial analysis and data interpretation to provide actionable recommendations.
Report on financial performance metrics and business trends to the leadership team.
Evaluate financial results against plans to identify business strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support various teams in making strategic decisions.
Assist in month-end financial processes and monitor payments and customer invoicing.
Collaborate with functional leads to build reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience working in technical operations and/or finance (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Extremely detail-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must thrive on receiving an end-state and figuring out the “how” that gets us to our goal
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience querying data with MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with technology platforms for a remote staff (shared drives, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
