Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Hubspot administration, including system configuration, integrations, workflows, and data quality standards.
Conduct regular system audits and implement cleanup initiatives.
Identify & implement opportunities for improved automation in sales processes (e.g. lead routing).
Create and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline and performance reporting.
Act as central coordinator between business lines for sales initiatives, including handoff between Marketing and Sales.
Develop a comprehensive Hubspot training program and documentation.
Standardize onboarding processes for sales tools.
Manage Apollo system administration and usage.
Coordinate pitch material organization and updates with Marketing.
Triage & support prioritization of cross-functional sales marketing requests in partnership with Marketing.

Required

Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management.
Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes.
Experience with sales technology stack administration.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
